"Warranty support came through , just a little slow"
I had a small problem with one of the parts , so I contacted them about the warranty . It took a couple extra days to get the first reply , which was a bit frustrating , but once they got back to me everything went smoothly . They sent the replacement like they promised , and it all worked out in the end . Happy with the help overall , I just wish the first response had been quicker

"Wrong parts showed up"
I was frustrated when my order arrived because they sent the wrong parts, not what I actually ordered. Then to make it more annoying, I had to keep verifying the same information over and over just to get it sorted out. Definitely not the smoothest experience.

"Took a while to show up"
My order ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely changed for days, which was frustrating. I kept checking it while making coffee in the morning, like that was somehow going to make it move faster. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, no real complaints there. It was just the waiting and lack of updates that got annoying. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if I needed something quickly.

The parts lined up without any drama, the instructions were clear enough, and even for someone like me it was easy. Finished it faster than I expected, which was a nice bonus...

"Backorder Surprise, But Decent Updates"
One of my items ended up being on backorder, which I somehow missed at first. Always fun to find out the thing you need sooner is, in fact, not coming sooner.

To be fair, customer service emailed me quickly and explained what was going on. They gave me a rough shipping date and, shockingly, actually followed up again before it went out.

So yeah, not perfect because I still had to wait, but the communication was solid enough that I wasn’t left guessing. Giving it 4 stars...

"Didn’t fit my Airstream"
It said it was compatible with my Airstream, but when I tried to install it, it wasn’t even close. I messed around with it for a bit thinking maybe I was missing something, but it just didn’t fit at all.

"I wanted to like it, and there were..."
I wanted to like it, and there were a couple of things that were fine, but overall I’m just not happy with the experience. It somehow felt simple and like a hassle at the same time, which was frustrating. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t say it was the worst ever, but I also wouldn’t use them again.

I had to return a part, and the process was simple overall. The refund took a few days to show up, but it went through without any issues. I will say the part itself made me question the quality a bit, so I’m not sure I’d rush to buy the same thing again.

"Pretty decent for the price"
I ordered a few parts from airstreamsupplycompany.com, mostly because the prices looked better than a couple other places I checked. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but shipping was reasonable and not one of those ridiculous add-on costs. Everything arrived like it was supposed to and the parts worked fine. for what I paid, I’m happy with it.

From using it myself, it seems decent overall, but I ran into a few moments where I wasn’t totally sure what to do next. The docs didn’t explain things as clearly as I expected, so I had to spend extra time piecing it together. Once I got past that, it was fine, but the setup would’ve been smoother with better guidance.

The package showed up well protected, with plenty of tape and padding and all that. One corner of the box was a little dented, which kind of bugged me at first, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I felt good about it...

I placed my order thinking everything would be fine, but once they had my money, the support pretty much disappeared. I kept trying to get help and got nowhere, which made me feel like I’d been fooled. Really frustrating experience

I wasn’t totally sure I was ordering the right stuff for my ’73 Overlander, but the buck rivets and window gasket ended up being the right fit. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but everything worked out fine once it arrived.

"Hard to get a straight answer"
I tried reaching out with what I thought was a simple question before placing an order, but it felt like nobody was really paying attention. It took a few days to get an email back, and when they finally replied, they didn’t actually answer what I asked.

I followed up again and got another vague response, which made me wonder if they’re understaffed or maybe just using canned replies. I can’t say anything about the products because I never ordered, but the communication alone made me feel like it wasn’t worth taking the chance
